Baxter has recently taught maths at The Crest Academy in Brent for four years and has enjoyed being part of the development and positive change within his school. He completed the Teach First Leadership Development programme having graduated with a 2:1 in Physics and Philosophy in 2013; and has worked his way through leadership positions at the school.

Michael has taught mathematics for 15 years, including as a Head of Mathematics, in high profile independent schools in London and Hampshire.

He has extensive experience of 1:1 tutoring, and many success stories at both 11+ and 13+ entry, with pupils gaining entry to the best schools in the country, including scholarship awards.
