We collect references for all of our tutors when they join. Not all referees agree to have their reference publically listed, but when they do we show them here.
I have known Natalie in a professional capacity for 20 years as a Year 6 class teacher, EAL teacher, EAL Consultant for the London Borough of Brent and more recently as a Reading Recovery teacher. I have deep respect and regard for Natalie's work. She is a reflective practitioner who strives for and achieves excellence. She is conscientious, punctual and has excellent relationships with both staff and pupils. Her outcomes with hard to teach children are excellent - she can teach the lowest attaining children so that they reach the standard expectation and beyond for their age group. I commend Natalie wholeheartedly. She would be an asset to your organisation.
