Florence has from the outset been kind, supportive and generous since our first lesson. She used creative, non-threatening techniques to assess our daughters level. Florence has managed to make tutoring enjoyable and enlightening from the outset, definitely not a chore. Preparing from the 11+ process is a chore, but Florence has helped to make it pleasurable and possible.
