Lulu has worked with children aiming to attend the following schools:
Lulu has been working in education for over 15 years, in various capacities, with families and children. She has recently left the classroom to focus on becoming a full-time, professional tutor, specialising in school entrance preparation.
Throughout her career in education, Lulu has taught both in a classroom setting and as a private tutor, working with numerous families. She speaks German and Italian in addition to English.
She studied German at undergraduate level and Systematic Theology (post-graduate level) at King's College University London.
She later qualified as a teacher and was awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as part of a successful, year-long School Centered Initial Teacher Training Program. She has since worked in primary schools, during which time she has succefully put two Year 6 groups through SATS, prepared Year 1 classes for Phonics Screening and Year 2 for SATS. Lulu has a life-long commitment to knowledge and is currently studying English Language Teaching, at Master's level at the University of East London. She has self-published a book of poems for mothers.
A former student of Streatham and Clapham High herself, Lulu really enjoys helping students to prepare for school entrance exams and reach their absolute potential.
Lulu is committed, persistent and passionate about education and helping students to reach their academic goals. She loves inspiring confidence in her students.
Lulu qualified to teach Primary education in 2016, and holds a QTS from National College of Teaching and Learning.

I worked with Lulu, as her manager, at Crossroads from April 2005 -December 2009. During this time, I found her to be a committed, conscientious, motivated and enthusiastic member of the team. She was always willing to extend her knowledge through learning and demonstrated creative ability both in the classroom and through preparation of teaching materials. In the classroom, her fun and friendly approach enabled her to quickly build a good rapport with the students. During delivery of the sessions, she was able to problem solve quickly and adapt to fast changing situations that presented themselves to ensure the best possible learning outcomes. It was a pleasure working with Lulu during this time. I have no reservations in recommending her for this role and believe she would be a valuable asset to your Company.
