Ally graduated with a First Class degree in Psychology and qualified as as an outstanding Primary teacher through the prestigious Teach First programme (a fast-track teacher training scheme for high-achieving graduates). Ally obtained the highest-possible ratings for her teaching from Ofsted, due to the exceptional progress her pupils made.
Leah currently teaches at a large and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets, where her practice has been graded as ‘Outstanding’. She believes that, with the appropriate support, every young person is capable of making good progress at the right level for them.
Josie qualified as a teacher through the prestigious Teach First training programme gaining an ‘Outstanding’ professional practice grade in her PGCE awarded by the UCL Institute of Education. She has taught for over five years in a large and diverse school in Tower Hamlets, holding the position of English Subject Leader.
David is on a mission to raise standards of numeracy and to eliminate 'maths-phobia' wherever it is found. He has always been and remains a strong student, getting 10 A and A*s at GCSE, 4 As at A level, going on to achieve a First and a prize for academic excellence from the University of Edinburgh, studying Philosophy and Economics.
