Fleur is an experienced teacher with over ten years experience of raising achievement in London schools. Her enthusiasm and student centred approach has been a led her to have many successes including consistently helping students of mixed ability to score above their predicted grades.
Nazli´s tutoring career began in 2010 after completing her undergraduate degree in Mathematics at the University of Nottingham. Tutoring one-to-one ignited her passion for teaching and so she decided to qualify as a teacher after her first Master's.
After gaining invaluable experience of real-life Economics working in the banking industry at Goldman Sachs, Niraj decided he wanted to do something different. Having achieved a first-class honours degree in Economics and International Development at the University of Bath, his travelling during a gap year opened his eyes to the disheartening state of education in developing countries – seeing children with a passion to learn but lacking the opportunities reaffirmed a desire to work in the education sector to try and help all children achieve their potential and life opportunities.
Before Andrew found teaching he had been a financial consultant, a marketing, communications and PR officer, a company manager and business development manager, a yoga and meditation teacher, an actor, a chef, a creative and artist, a music festival producer and manager and more! Andrew left his own education with 5 and a half A-levels of his own as well as a BA in Politics (with Philosophy) and a Masters in International relations, Ethics and Philosophy.
Andrew first came to teaching through becoming a Special Education Needs Teaching assistant; he also completed lots of work experience in other secondary and primary schools (for example Highgate School and Grafton Primary School).
Baxter has recently taught maths at The Crest Academy in Brent for four years and has enjoyed being part of the development and positive change within his school. He completed the Teach First Leadership Development programme having graduated with a 2:1 in Physics and Philosophy in 2013; and has worked his way through leadership positions at the school.
Conrad studied Medicinal Chemistry at UCL, going on to complete a PGCE from Cambridge University in 1990. Following this, he spent the better part of 20 years teaching Chemistry and Science at secondary level, often at schools in challenging circumstances.
