Hello, I would like to investigate the acidic content of Moringa tea that is tea prepared from moringa leaves. In doing this, I want to find the concentration of the acidic content and then compare to other tea samples which have been experimented by others. However, I am having difficulties in finding the independent variable. For the dependent variable, I believe it to be part of the titration process in getting the concentration of acid in Moringa. Moreover, I do not know the kind of acid in moringa.
I would be grateful if you could help me out
