Meet our SEN Tutors

Our Special Educational Needs (“SEN”) tutors are all qualified teachers with additional experience and qualifications in supporting children with SEN. We believe one to one support can make a huge difference to a child’s education.  Our SEN tutors can provide support across a range of school entrance, GCSE and A-level subjects. Below, you will find a list of our tutors and further information. Refine your results by using the search box above, or view each SEN tutor below:

Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors

Here at Owl Tutors we believe every child and young person should have access to high quality, specialist tuition. We also believe education is best handled by professionals. That is why all of our tutors are experienced and qualified teachers.

Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) should also have access to teachers who are trained and qualified to support specific learning needs. We have a number of teachers who are qualified to support students with SEN.

In this section you will be able to view our specialist tutors, read about the SEN areas we can support with and find useful links to other organisations and information.

Currently, we have teachers qualified to support children and young people with the following SEN requirements:

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder/ Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD/ADD)
  • Anxiety/Depression
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Dyscalculia
  • Dysgraphia
  • Dyslexia
  • Dyspraxia
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)

Please note that we provide supplementary support focused on education needs. We cannot provide clinical diagnoses, clinical advice or therapeutic treatments. If you think your child has an undiagnosed Special Educational Need, we recommend you speak with the school SENCO and an Educational Psychologist in the first instance.

Really great at engaging students, identifying areas to focus on and providing detailed feedback.
