Tutor profile - Heather

Heather studied at the University of Liverpool gaining a First class Masters in Chemistry with a year in industry. For the past 3 years she has been working at a prestigious independent boarding school, teaching Chemistry whilst simultaneously gaining her PGCE from the University of Southampton. Whilst in her role as a Chemistry teacher, she has worked with students of varying ability and has prepared her students for both GCSE and A level.

Heather is a supportive and patient tutor with a focus on building the confidence of her students so they can flourish into independent learners. She aims to ensure that each session is appropriately challenging, developing on previous sessions to support her students in reaching their potential.
