Hugh's biography

Hugh graduated with a First-Class BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Exeter. He has taught GCSE History and Classical Civilisation at an Outstanding secondary school in North West London and works as an A-Level Government and Politics examiner for Pearson/Edexcel.

Beyond the classroom, Hugh has experience in parliamentary work, running campaigns, and managing communications for think tanks and local political parties.

He completed the Teach First programme in 2023, earning a PGDE, and holds an MA in Education, Policy, and Society from King’s College London. Hugh also has extensive experience supporting students with SEND on a one-to-one basis and enjoys creating tailored resources to meet their individual needs.
