Tutor profile - Patricia

Patricia is an accomplished American educator and tutor with a diverse teaching background across the UK, USA, and the IB curriculum. In her most recent cohort of students taking the A&I SL course, every student either met or exceeded their predicted scores. Patricia also has experience in tutoring GCSE Math with high success.

Patricia has 13 years of experience teaching mathematics at all levels. Her style is to simplify math concepts, making them accessible to the average student. Patricia seeks to create a fun and relaxed environment while maintaining structure and direction in the lessons.

Patricia earned her undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting from Lehigh University, and a master's degree in education at Emmanuel College in Boston, MA. She continues to enjoy her career in teaching and tutoring in various educational settings, including public schools in Massachusetts, as well as international and American schools in Madrid and London.
