Francesca studied English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh and went on to train with the prestigious Teach First Leadership Development program. Having gained a PGCE from the Institute of Education with ‘outstanding’ status, she taught for a number of years at an academy in North London before going on to study a masters in Psychology.
Rachel has been a Primary School teacher for the past 14 years with a wealth of experience. She has spent the last ten years working at Northbridge House Pre Prep in Hampstead and has been tutoring children individually, specifically preparing children for the 7+ with fantastic results.
Laura studied Linguistics and Phonetics at the University of Leeds. She then decided to pursue a career in teaching and earned a place on the prestigious Teach First Leadership Development Programme, a teacher-training scheme for high-achieving graduates.
Phil trained as a primary school teacher through the Teach First Leadership Development Programme for high achieving graduates, and gained his PGCE through the prestigious UCL Institute of Education.
Phil is passionate about early intervention and making an impact on pupils’ academic progress.
Meredith is a passionate and engaging teacher who has over 11 years of teaching and tutoring experience in London and abroad. After gaining a First in Psychology she went on to complete her PGCE at the prestigious teacher training department of the University of Roehampton.
Joshua has worked extensively as a private tutor both in the UK and abroad, most recently in Italy and Saudi Arabia. Through this work he has developed a style of tutoring in which the student is challenged (through careful questioning) to make their own discoveries and take a high degree of ownership for their learning.
Jennifer is an experienced Primary practitioner with a student centred approach to tuition which involves creating curiosity for the subject as well as building pupils' confidence in order to achieve success. Jennifer believes in discussing progress with the student at regular intervals to identify misconceptions and next steps and thereby allowing students to take charge of their own learning.
