A graduate of the University of Cambridge, Andrew has taught English at St Paul’s School, London for some years at the same as time as offering to tuition to both boys and girls of all abilities with a consistently impressive record of success which has seen GCSE students improve from grade-5 level to achieve grade 9s. Experience includes a superb success rate with preparing St Paul’s Juniors classes for scholarship exams, training individuals for 11+, 13+ and 16+ entry to a range of highly academic public schools including Westminster, KCS Wimbledon, St Paul’s Girls’ and Sevenoaks, teaching all the GCSE, iGCSE and A-level English syllabuses along with the IB, Pre-U and ELAT, and supporting students with university application (both UCAS and US Common Application), including very extensive experience of preparation for Oxbridge interviews.
Gary is an English teacher of more than 25 years experience who has taught at a selective, independent, co-ed senior school in England for the last 18 of those, several as Head of Department. He is the author of study guides on A Level texts and has worked as an examiner for most of his teaching career, including nearly 10 years examining International English Literature A Level.
Aisha began tutoring at the age of 16, when she started studying for her A-Levels after achieving straight A*s and As in her GCSEs. Prior to the completion of her A-Levels, she enrolled with The Open University so that she began university level studying alongside her A-Levels.
