Efua's biography

Efua studied IB English, three years of optional literature modules in her language degree and specialised in English for her QTS and PGCE.

She has been tutoring from age 18, helping students for the 11+, 12+ and GCSE English. Her family has a background in tutoring and currently run an 11+ centre, where she created and ran a creative writing class for 2 years, starting off with 25 students and expanding to 3 classes totalling 75.

Overall, Efua has a passion for English, its creativity and ability to equip students to confidently communicate with the world. She enthuses this in her teaching, making English a joy to learn in her bespoke classes for her students.
