Tutor profile - Gareth

Gareth has a record of academic excellence, having studied law and political science at Trinity College Dublin (2014), before continuing his studies through a Human Rights MSc at the London School of Economics (2015) achieving a first class honours degree in both. He worked as a government advisor in the civil service for a number of years, before changing career to become a primary school teacher in 2021. He is a passionate educator, and has achieved QTS via the prestigious Teach First programme.

Gareth is in his third year of working as a teacher in upper key stage two at a well-regarded primary school in Islington. From Dublin, Ireland originally, he now calls North London home.
