I have found Rachel very easy to deal with, reliable and communicative. She has managed to make my son's lessons lively and engaging, even when the subject matter is challenging and she has very good energy. My son can be easily distracted and her ability to keep him on track during their lessons has been great. I have also found her experienced approach to preparation for 11+ to be very good, in particular her methodology regarding creative writing which has been very impactful to my very imaginative - but disorganised - son! I will definitely use Rachel again with my younger child, as needed .

Rachel has been working with our daughter on English and literature for a year and a half. She has excellent emotional intelligence and understood our daughter’s strengths and areas for development very quickly. Rachel knows her subject inside out, and has in depth (always fun and stimulating) conversations that enhance our daughter’s vocabulary and critical thinking. She is professional, flexible, always reliable, and strikes the perfect balance between pushing our daughter and making the lessons extremely enjoyable! We highly recommend Rachel, and have seen not only our daughter’s English, but also her confidence, improve significantly as a result of her interactions and teaching skills.
