I very much enjoyed working with Rachel in the Music Department at Francis Holland School and count her, subsequently, as a close friend as well as colleague. Her subject knowledge and organisation skills are exceptional. She is creative in her problem-solving and in stretching her pupils. She is kind, professional, dedicated and hard-working, methodical in her approach, always ensuring that all information on the course is covered and taught clearly and patiently - a first-rate teacher. She is very collaborative, excellent at team-work but also very motivated in her own personal contributions. I cannot recommend her more highly.
