Rupert's biography

Rupert has taught Latin, Ancient Greek, English and Maths at the independent London boys school, Eaton House, where he gained his PGCE and QTS.

He has prepared students for the Latin and Ancient Greek ISEB Common Entrance exams as well as helping with scholarship preparations for their senior schools. Along side this, he has taught English and Maths in Year 5 up to the level for the 11+ tests.

Rupert wants children to enjoy the benefit of studying classical languages from the outset, as well as helping them get to grips with the grammar so that they have a solid foundation from which to build upon.

He studied Classics at the University of Nottingham.

Rupert has worked with children aiming to attend the following schools:

Rupert has enabled all his students in Year 8 to achieve the required results in their Latin ISEB Common Entrance exams to get into the senior schools. He has assisted in helping students prepare for Eton and King's College Wimbledon scholarships, and Winchester entrance exams.

He has taught students that have gained places at Dulwich College, Radley, Eton, City of London and Westminster among others.
He has also prepared boys for Ancient Greek ISEB Common Entrance exams.

Rupert's qualifications

Rupert qualified to teach Latin in 2021, and holds a PGCE from University of Buckingham.
