Valdis's biography

Valdis achieved a First Class degree in Classical Studies from the University of Bristol. She taught first as a classroom assistant, in both SEN and mainstream education, before attaining a place on the Teach First program in 2022. Since then, she has worked as a primary school teacher, instructing in all core and foundation subjects in both Year 3 and Year 4.

Valdis' secondary education was at a top state grammar school which requires an 11+ entrance exam. Whilst there tutored students in the years below within the school in Latin and English Literature/Language.

Monday - Friday: 5pm - 7:30pm Saturday: 11am - 3pm

Valdis has worked with children aiming to attend the following schools:

Valdis coaches children for entrance to a range of selective London schools, including Tiffin, City of London, and St Benedicts.
Valdis herself attended the Tiffin Girls' School and during university helped 4 students gain places there.

Valdis's qualifications

Valdis qualified to teach Early Years and Primary in 2023/2024, and holds a Diploma - PGDE from Bath Spa University.
