Hello, for my Psychology IA I chose to replicate Kargopoulos, Bablekou, Gonida and Kiosseoglou (2003). A study that shows when information is paired with a photograph, memory is better than when it is matched with text only. However, I am wondering what theory this study is based on, because it is my understanding that for the psychology IA the selected study must be based on a theory. I chose Baddeley's working memory model as the theory but I suspect this study is not based on this theory.
