Tutor profile - Mingyan

Mingyan is a Head of Computing with over eight years’ experience of rapid improvement in Computing and Mathematics learning at KS3, KS4 and KS5.

Passionate about her subjects in Computer Science and devoted to pupil’s learning and progress, Mingyan inspires pupils to strengthen their confidence and skills in problem solving, programming and knowledge in both Computer Science and Maths.

Mingyan’s patient and warm nature tremendously encourages pupils to pursue their academic goals in a calm and encouraging learning atmosphere. Her exceptional adaptive teaching style, strong teaching experience, and extensive knowledge of Computer Science and Maths helps pupils exploit their potential.

Mingyan also enjoys tutoring Mandarin and has successfully supported KS3, KS4 and KS5 pupils in their learning and exams.
