Kelly was always friendly and really put my son at ease. She builds rapport easily and is extremely kind. She is flexible in her approach and works extremely well in collaboration with parents to identify any issues or areas to focus on. She has been a real pleasure to work with.

Working with our child, Emily focussed on essay writing, reading comprehension tests, synonyms, antonyms and interview prep. Emily was fantastic at polishing our child's essay writing skills and walking her through different aspects of what makes for engaging writing. She did it in a fun and effective way. As a result, we saw a marked improvement in her stories. In reading comprehension tests, we specifically valued how she taught our child to provide good quality open-ended responses within a limited time. Preparation for interviews was also very useful and engaging. She stretched our child’s interviewing ability by exposing her to a wide variety of questions, and advising her on the quality of replies and body language. Emily’s reports on the lessons and progress have been thorough and we have fully enjoyed working with her. Our daughter seconds all the above and adds that Emily was very quick at identifying her weaknesses and helping her improve. So far, she has successfully made her way through different exams and has been offered several interviews.

Ally is an amazing teacher. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable. She was able to build my daughters confidence up in subjects she was previously apprehensive about. My daughter looked forward to her sessions and felt excited to learn.

Kelly is approachable and kind and put our son at ease very quickly. She is very knowledgeable in relation to the subject matter and also is able to explain concepts clearly. The sessions with Kelly are fun and she is very adaptive, tailoring her delivering to the child's method of learning

I really appreciate Rahul’s remarkable efforts with both our children (11+ & 13+). He helped them immensely to achieve their target schools. We are pleased with the outcome and we feel that Rahul has gone over and beyond to improve their overall academic performance.

We liked Tricia but I’d have preferred it if my son could have seen her more regularly. She is clearly very popular and I understand why. She was good at slotting us in if she could.

I asked my daughter what she thought of Sarah and she was very positive about her. We used Sarah's tuition mostly to help on English, as she was struggling a bit with comprehension, and also to help her with exam technique. My daughter told me that Sarah was very funny in teaching, which she loved and that she gave her really great tips on how to tackle exam questions. We did not use Sarah for the math part, as my daughter was already attending Mathnesium near our house, so I cannot comment on this. But it seems that Sarah's style really suited her. She was also very good at sending mock exam papers, correcting them promptly and going through them in detail with her, in a way that was apparently very helpful to her. Her monthly comments were very helpful to me too.
