Tutor profile - Carrie

Carole originally trained as a Primary school teacher after studying Psychology at university. Her first job was in a diverse Primary school in an inner-city area with many EAL students. Carole then switched to teaching adults and sixth form students Psychology and Sociology at dynamic Further Education colleges. Carole then moved into the independent sector and spent many years as Head of Psychology at Bruton School for Girls in Somerset. During this period Carole worked seasonally for AQA as both an examiner and a senior examiner. She has tutored a diverse range of students from primary level to undergraduate level.

More recently Carole has moved from Head of a Psychology department to working as an editor online. Her current work involves undergraduate and postgraduate reports and essays from every corner of the world. This has added greatly to Carole's skill set as she is proficient at structuring essays and scientific reports. It also means that she is up to date with recently published research papers from around the globe. Carole can therefore help to improve your subject knowledge but also polish your essay and report writing skills in terms of structure and grammar.
