Amy

Amy is a fully qualified primary teacher with a first class honours degree and masters in Sociology. She brings 11 years teaching experience and excellent subject knowledge to her tutoring sessions. Amy has taught all ages from Nursery to Year Six across the state and independent sectors in London. She is a Maths specialist with extensive training in Phonics, having led both subjects at her school.

Amy has successfully prepared children for their 7 plus and 11 plus entrance exams, including to Dulwich Prep London and Westminster Under. She is currently supporting children for their upcoming 4 plus and 7 plus exams, including JAGS, Alleyns, Sydenham, Eltham and Dulwich College.

Amy offers one-to-one or group sessions. She can address gaps in child’s understanding, boost their confidence, reinforce concepts and provide additional stretch and challenge for high achievers.

Amy’s approach combines academic rigour with an emphasis on nurturing self-confidence and resilience.
