Holly is a dedicated and compassionate teacher with over three years of experience in the classroom. She is a graduate in Sociology from Newcastle University and developed a keen interest in education, which led to her pursuit of a Primary PGCE postgraduate degree at Kingston University. Holly has worked in schools in London in both the state and private sectors, giving her a unique insight into diverse educational environments, with a focus on Key Stage 2 (KS2). She enjoys working with young learners in the crucial intellectual and emotional developmental stage of KS2.
Holly is currently working in a private school, located in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Her teaching experience to date has equipped her with the tools necessary to providing a positive and inclusive classroom environment, delivering engaging lessons where students feel empowered to strive for their goals. She believes building connections with her students is paramount and has enjoyed working with a range of children, including those with SEND, establishing relationships grounded in mutual respect.
