As a former Head of Modern Foreign Languages in both State Secondary and, most recently, the world-renowned Independent Prep School Dragon School in Oxford, she has nurtured students to achieve outstanding results, preparing them for the challenges of GCSE, Common Entrance exams and Scholarship and Entrance exams to over 15 schools including Eton, Harrow, Radley, CLC, MCS, Rugby and Wellington College.
Her approach is built on a foundation of passion, energy, and enthusiasm for education. She thrives on innovation, constantly adapting her teaching methods to suit the unique needs of each pupil. No two sessions are alike as she tailors her approach to unlock the full potential of every learner, assessing their learning and progress throughout each session and adapting her teaching to suit their strengths and areas for development. Charlotte, seeking a new challenge and keenly motivated to help all students progress no matter the barriers to learning, is currently working at a Specialist Educational Needs School in Oxfordshire. She is supporting children with a wide variety of needs from Autism, Aspergers, Dyslexia and ADHD to this children dealing with severe Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.

Charlotte has helped 7 pupils gain places at Eton College in the last three years and 5 have achieved the prestigious and extremely sought after Kings Scholarship. One of these pupils earned the highest score of any pupil that year in their French exam and in his first year at Eton also gained the highest mark in his end of year exams. Charlotte has supported 6 pupils achieve the Wellington Scholarship, 5 of which won Scholarships and 1 achieving an Academic Exhibition. She has helped two pupils gain places at Radley college, both of which achieved a Scholarship and 2 children to Cheltenham College both of which achieved Scholarships. 1 of these pupils earned an extra award for the highest results of any other pupil in her year. She supported 2 children in their Oundle entrance exams, 1 of which gained a Scholarship. She has supported 2 children in their Harrow Scholarship exams, one achieved a Scholarship and the other an Academic Exhibition. Charlotte supported 1 child gain a place at Bloxham School and she achieved an Academic Exhibition in Languages. Charlotte has supported 12 children in their St Edwards Scholarship preparation, all but one gained Scholarships.
