Tutor profile - Leila

Leila is a supportive and patient primary teacher who has a thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum for both KS1 and KS2. In 2020, she graduated from Roehampton University as a primary teacher and has taught and trained at competitive and diverse London schools such as Fox Primary School. Her strengths are delivering explanations that are engaging, clear and memorable. She is a classroom supply teacher across both Primary key stages, staying up-to-date on the latest research and picking up new teaching methods each day at different schools across London.

Currently undertaking a Fine Art Masters degree at City and Guilds of London Art SchooI, she has been an Art specialist for KS1 and KS2. At ARK Burlington Danes Primary Academy, she was Head of Religious Education and taught the Science club at Avonmore Primary School. Having studied both Japanese and Songwriting in Tokyo for three years, she also tutors Japanese with the second highest level of Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2).
