Sachin's biography:

Sachin is a full-time Economics and Business teacher at an outstanding secondary comprehensive school in London. He completed his Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) training at the prestigious Institute of Education, University of London. He has a Masters Degree in Business Education, also attained at the Institute, as well as a BSc in Business Management.

Formerly a professional actor, and possessing wide real-world business experience, together with a real passion for Economics and Business, Sachin has decided to dedicate his wealth of skills and experience to the enhancement of student learning. His role involves regular contact with parents as well as staff, and he never forgets his primary aim: to bring the best out of every student. This year he led an A-Level Economics trip to visit the Bank of England and the Bloomberg offices in the City. He also works as an A-Level examiner for a leading exam board, giving him a great insight into the criteria required for achieving the top grades. Last year 95% of his students got grades A*-C on their A2 exam.

In the forthcoming academic year Sachin will be running a competition with the Bank of England, which his school has also been chosen to compete in. Sachin's greatest strengths as a tutor are his ability to empathise, high levels of patience, and his sincerity, all qualities invaluable to the meeting of the individual student’s needs, and ensuring his/her goals are met. Sachin enjoys tennis, travel and is an avid reader.

Sachin qualified to teach Business in 2011, and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Institute of Education, University of London.
